HELSINKI, Oct 31 - Seasonally adjusted Finnish industrial production rose 1.4 percent year-on-year in September compared with a 1.7 percent rise in August, Statistics Finland (SF) said in a statement on Friday. "Output went up most, or 10.5 percent, in other manufacturing. Output in energy supply increased by 7.2 percent. In the wood and paper industry output remained largely unchanged from September 2002," SF said.//
